Privacy policy

The controller of personal data collected through this website is INTART EVENTS SRL, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova, with its office at 75 Alba Iulia Street, Block V, Office 704, Chișinău.

We respect the confidentiality of your data in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect the data needed to process quote requests and provide rental services:

• Identification and contact: First name, last name, email address, phone number.
• Event and delivery: Event venue address, set-up/dismantling times, special technical requirements.
• Company (where applicable): Legal entity name, tax code (IDNO), bank account (IBAN), registered address for the contract and invoicing.
• Technical data: IP address (stored only as a hash, for spam protection) and the equipment saved in your quote request, kept in your browser.

• Processing quote requests: Analysing technical needs and sending price calculations by email or phone.
• Concluding and performing contracts: Issuing rental contracts, handover certificates and tax invoices.
• Logistics and technical support: Organising transport, delivery and installation at the specified venue.
• Communication and support: Replying to questions sent through the contact forms.

• Pre-contractual steps and contract: Sending the offer and reserving equipment at the user's express request.
• Legal obligations: Accounting and tax record-keeping of payments and invoices under Moldovan law.
• Consent: Given by ticking the consent box in the request form.

Data sent through the quote forms is kept for as long as needed to complete the offer and perform the rental contract. Financial and accounting documents (invoices, contracts) are kept for the period required by Moldovan tax law (up to 5 years).

INTART Events does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties. The data can only be accessed by:

• Authorised INTART Events staff (project managers, sound/video engineers, drivers).
• Trusted technical service providers (hosting, transactional email).
• Public authorities, only on the basis of an officially justified legal request.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address, language, the date of your consent and an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address as proof of consent. We use the address only for news about equipment and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us; after unsubscribing you receive no further messages.

The website only uses essential storage: your quote request in progress is kept in your browser, your chosen language is remembered in a technical “lang” cookie (1 year), and the administration area uses a session cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We apply technical and organisational protection measures: HTTPS/TLS across the whole domain, role-based access and backups.
