A conference system gives every participant a microphone and keeps the discussion orderly: speakers take turns, and the chair sees who is asking to speak. For rooms with fixed tables, we recommend the Bosch DCN Next Generation digital system, with a central unit, delegate and chair units, interpreter desks and 6 interpretation channels. If you want no cables on the tables, the GONSIN wireless package uses terminals with a 4.3″ touchscreen, a control server, dedicated Wi-Fi access points and a charging station.

For hybrid meetings and video conferences, the GONSIN AI package combines the GX-HD3310 PTZ camera, which automatically tracks the speaker, with the Model O array microphone, which picks up sound in 360° and reduces noise and echo. For group visits and factory tours, the Okayo TeamsGo system sends the guide's or interpreter's voice straight to the participants' earphones.

The exact configuration (number of terminals, wireless coverage, accessories) is set for your venue. Send us the number of participants, the date and the venue, and we will confirm the equipment and the quote.
