Rental terms and conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the platform and the general rules for contracting and hiring the technical equipment offered by INTART EVENTS SRL (Chișinău, 75 Alba Iulia Street, Block V, Office 704).

Using the website, sending a quote request or signing a rental contract implies express and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The platform offers event organisers, companies, institutions and individuals professional equipment for temporary hire:

• Sound and audio: PA sound systems, wireless/wired microphones, digital mixers, stage monitors.
• Video and projection: Modular LED screens, high-power projectors, professional displays, video control and live-streaming cameras.
• Simultaneous interpretation: Soundproof interpreter booths, IR/RF receivers, professional headphones and interpreter desks.
• Stage and architectural lighting: Moving heads, ambient LED lighting, special effects (heavy/light smoke machines).
• Staging and structures: Modular stages, platforms, aluminium truss and exhibition tents.

All prices shown in the catalogue are estimates calculated per day or per rental period:

• Sending the request: The client configures the equipment on the website (rental days, delivery/installation options) and sends the quote request form.
• Confirming availability: The INTART team checks the equipment calendar for the requested period.
• Issuing the official offer: Within 24 working hours, the client receives the final commercial offer and the service / rental contract.
• Reserving the equipment: The booking becomes firm once the contract is signed and, where applicable, the agreed deposit is paid.

Rates are in MDL (Moldovan lei) and may or may not include VAT, as stated in the offer:

• Bank transfer: Against a proforma / tax invoice issued by INTART EVENTS SRL.
• Cash or card: At the company's office or as agreed in the contract.
• Security deposit: For equipment collected on a “dry hire” basis (without an INTART technician), a deposit may be required, refunded when the goods are returned intact.

INTART Events provides full logistics throughout the Republic of Moldova:

• Delivery to the venue: Equipment is transported in specialised vehicles to the event location.
• Installation and calibration: Our sound, video and lighting engineers install, cable and fully test everything before the event starts.
• Technical support during the event: On request, INTART specialists operate the audio/video control live during the conference or show.

When the equipment is handed over, a handover certificate is signed recording the technical and cosmetic condition of all components, cables and accessories. The client's obligations:

• Use in line with technical standards
• Protection from the weather
• Respecting the return deadline
• Security and safekeeping at the venue

If the event is cancelled or postponed at the client's initiative:

• More than 7 days before: The deposit paid is refunded, minus any logistics costs already incurred.
• 3 – 7 days before: A booking fee of up to 30% of the order value may be charged.
• Less than 48 hours before: The deposit paid is not refunded, as the equipment has already been reserved and prepared for loading.

The client is directly responsible for the integrity of the equipment throughout the rental period, from receipt until it is handed back to the INTART representative.

In case of damage through fault, improper use, power surges without a stabiliser or theft, the client bears the cost of repair or replacement with identical or equivalent new equipment.

Neither party is liable for failing to meet contractual obligations on time if this is due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, fires, etc.). Any disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Chișinău.
