Frequently asked questions
Answers about equipment hire, installation, logistics and working with INTART.
Booking, quotes and payment
How do I request a price quote for my event?
Add the equipment you need to your request straight from the catalogue or each product's configurator, and enter your event dates. You can also call us on +373 69 970 777 or write to office@intart.md. You will receive a detailed quote within 24 hours at most.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (against a tax invoice issued by INTART EVENTS SRL), cash or bank card at our office. For companies we issue all the necessary accounting documents: contract, tax invoice and handover certificate.
How far in advance should I book the equipment?
We recommend booking at least 5 – 10 working days before the event to guarantee availability, especially in peak seasons (spring and autumn). For urgent requests we do our best to help even within 24 – 48 hours.
Delivery, installation and logistics
Do you provide transport and installation outside Chișinău?
Yes, we serve events throughout the Republic of Moldova (Bălți, Cahul, Orhei, Ungheni and more). Transport is priced by distance and the volume of equipment hired.
How long do installation and testing take?
A standard sound setup (speakers, microphones) takes about 45 – 60 minutes. For complex simultaneous interpretation systems with booths or large LED screens, the team arrives 2 – 3 hours before the official opening to complete installation and testing.
Can I collect equipment on a “dry hire” basis (without installation)?
Yes, some equipment (portable projectors, wireless microphones, small active speakers) can be collected from our office with a contract and a security deposit, refunded when the equipment is returned intact.
Simultaneous interpretation and technical support
What does a full simultaneous interpretation package include?
The standard package includes an ISO-compliant soundproof interpreter booth, digital interpreter desks, the radio/infrared transmitter, the required number of receivers and headphones for participants, and a dedicated technician at the event.
Do you also provide interpreters or certified translators?
INTART provides the complete technical infrastructure (booths, consoles, receivers, microphones). On request, we can put you in touch with our partners — translation agencies and accredited interpreters for the languages you need (English, French, German, Russian and others).
Does a sound engineer stay for the whole event?
Yes. For all complete conference or simultaneous interpretation packages, an INTART engineer or technician is present in the room to adjust the volume, keep the microphones working and step in immediately if needed.
