At a multilingual conference, interpreters work from soundproof booths and participants listen through headphones on their language channel. We set up mobile Audipack 6300 Silent booths, compliant with the ISO standard, right in the venue, usually one booth per language. Each booth has two interpreter seats and large windows facing the stage.

For transmission we use the Bosch Integrus digital infrared system. The signal does not pass through walls, so there is no interference between rooms, and mobile phones and wireless microphones do not disturb it. For mobile groups and smaller events, the Pro-SUMMIT system (transmitters, receivers, charging stations and cases) is configured for the number of listeners. We also have Enersound and Okayo tour guide systems for mobile groups.

INTART rents out the equipment and can install and operate it. Interpreters are not part of the rental, but on request we can put you in touch with partner agencies of accredited interpreters.
