Participants sit around three sides of the room, facing one another and the presenter.

This layout creates a collaborative atmosphere, encourages direct interaction and makes it easy to follow presentations, discussions and interpreted content. Each seat has a discussion unit with a microphone, and interpretation reaches participants on receivers with headphones.
